Organized and sponsored by HAMAA since establishment and provides cultural services to Hmong families in marriage customs, traditional legal rules and family rearing in effort to preserve the old and adopt the new traditions that will best support and sustain the Hmong Minnesota Community and serves the needs of our Hmong Seniors in Minneapolis.
Develop strong neighborhood Leadership in Hmong communities;
Formally introduce and support Hmong Women as Elder Council Members;
Reach out to great elders in the Hmong communities in the surround Metropolitan area and cities;
Domestic Dispute Intervention;
Parent Education on American culture and laws;
Education on guidelines and understanding for Hmong-American marriages;
Mentors for Hmong youth at risk.

Family Empowerment Network (FEN) is designed to strengthen Hmong families as the basic building block of our Community through a collection of support programs reflecting diverse daily needs including basic education and English as a Second Language, job skills mentoring and employment services, family planning and parenting, and nutrition and health from home, school and work.
